Chanel!

Oh I just love the sight of a whole shop dedicated to Chanel cosmetics! Black, shiny and slick with colours I could just dive into!

I have been so pleasantly surprised by Rouge Coco, the colour Vanessa Paradis is wearing in the Chanel ad, I'm not usually a red tones lipstick kinda gal, but this looks so subtle, classic and oh so Francais! Rouge Coco would suit any skin tone, any hair colour and any eye colour.... if you haven't tried it yet, pop in to a concession or Chanel store (this pic - Westfield, Bondi Junction)....let me know your thoughts. x

'You can heal your life' by Louise L Hay

'You can heal your life' is the DVD produced by Louise Hay (HayHouse) and I have watched it again, lost count of how many times! Every time I watch it, I gain something else from it. Depending on where you are at in the moment you watch, you will hear or see or feel a different message, call it intuition or instinct if you like. Its wonderful and the story of Louise and the people who have worked with her and still do, people who have healed their lives and the fictional characters with whom so many of us can relate to, can help us to open up more and allow the next part of our journey to present itself to us and UNFOLD.......

'Life Lift'

I hope that if you discover my blog, you may get a little 'life lift' in someway, but I am striving to be able to empower others to give themselves a 'life lift' when they need it. Think of different times in life, cross roads, decisions, changes, difficulties and the like, having space to gain clarity is key. And having a coach can provide you with that space.

I will be making sure I include insightful information on here but, on a client level, the work we do will be totally personal to you and tailored to what you want to work on.
