I have always been a fan of Jennifer Aniston, ever since the beginning of Friends. And it has been so inspiring to me to observe as she has dealt with situations all women may face at times in their lives with dignity and grace whilst having the intrusion of the press and tabloids. This shot is taken from the Harper's Bazaar shoot (UK ed. May) and I just fell in love with the style of the photography....sunny and hazy. Very appropriate for summer in Europe and the US....here in Sydney however, the temperature has dropped (to around 15deg some days) and the storms are definitely a reminder of British summertime! So it was nice to see some summery shots of such an incredible, aspirational woman to make me feel a little warmer!

Wheat!
Well, I have been learning about how wheat is NOT so bad for us in every way after all....I have avoided wheat pasta for a while now (which in Sydney is harder due to lack of spelt pasta available in supermarkets) and its so hard when I am such an Italian food fan! I love pasta so much! I try hard not to eat too much bread and the like, I know how wheat does not digest well in the human body. But I have now been finding out about wheat being good for our skin! And at age 31 I am more and more aware of good skin care and treatment products that are available for anti-aging and the more natural the better! So check out REN SH2C serum - 'Keep Young and Beautiful Serum' as its also known (sounds good to me). It contains wheat peptides that plump the skin and it has a natural, visible botox-like effect - apparently! Now it costs $120 here in Australia, so no doubt you London lot will get it for a lot less. I'm hoping to give it a try asap - will let you know how I go. Anybody else wants to post about it, please do.
